The group participation fee of $37.50 is separate from your cruise ticket, and is paid directly to Out At Sea when you register with the group. The fee covers group costs and materials, such as some seriously sweet group swag sent to you in advance of the cruise, an on-board group photo, group activities/meetings, and more. Leftover funds will go towards future group activities and/or be donated to a youth-oriented LGBTQ organization to support their programs.
Tickets for the cruise vary based upon cabin type, location on the ship, and total occupancy. Royal Caribbean has given Out At Sea a courtesy price lock on a set of rates for a limited time. To take advantage of these rates, you must book at pay at least your deposit before September 18, 2018. You may still book your room after that date; however, prices will no longer be at the price lock rates for our group.
Below are the beginning per person rates for Interior and Oceanview cabins for double, triple, and quadruple occupancy. Please check with Royal Caribbean for rates for higher occupancies or rates for balcony cabins or suites.
All prices include $117.58 in taxes and port fees.

Your cruise fare covers pretty much all of the basics for your onboard experience. The cost includes 5 night accommodations and meals for the duration. Specialty meals, drink packages, excursions, and gratuity are extra. Additional information on extra costs will be sent in the months leading up to the event.
Need more time to pay the full fare? No problem. A deposit of $200 per cabin will lock in your reservation and rate. The remaining payments can be made at your discretion until the final payment deadline of May 13, 2019.
Royal Caribbean offers a low-price guarantee on all fares until the final payment deadline of May 13, 2019. Should Royal Caribbean offer a price for your cabin type that’s lower than what you’re paying, simply give them a call. Check with your agent at time of booking for more information.
Group organizers will be working to try and monitor for sales or rate changes and advise group members accordingly.
Travel to and from the Fort Lauderdale is not included in any group registration or cruise ticket prices, are is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
